Student Leadership Team

Sixth Formers are involved in decision-making at every level; they lead their own learning, and they learn to lead others too.

Girls in our Sixth Form are important role models to their younger peers.

Every member of the Sixth Form is given the opportunity to hold a position of responsibility, enabling them to develop leadership and managerial skills and to contribute to the development of the school community. Senior student leaders are actively involved in every area of school life at Nonsuch, making a difference by innovating and implementing changes that benefit all our students.

Head Student Team

Hello, we are the Head Student Team at Nonsuch!  As a forward-looking group of students, we aim to implement new initiatives and projects into life at Nonsuch that will allow students to truly excel now and in the future.   As a cohesive group and by engaging with various members of the school, we are thrilled to be working towards making every individual experience at Nonsuch inspiring, engaging and educational in all aspects of school life.

Champions of Anti-Racism and Equality (CARE)

Champions of Anti-Racism

Hello!  We are the CARE (Champions of Anti-Racism and Equality) Team.  In Nonsuch’s lively community creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging is vital.  We work with members throughout the whole school community in the CARE council to collaboratively create a dynamic, diverse environment and celebrate not only the school’s diversity, but also try and encourage conversations about diversity in the wider world.  The three strands of CARE (Events, Curriculum, Allyship) work together to facilitate a wide range of enjoyable activities throughout the year.  Our aims also include taking steps to minimise all forms of discrimination in the school environment.  Most importantly, we are all extremely eager and passionate about bringing change and enhancing equality in our school community.

Arts Team

Arts Team 2023-24

Hi, we are the Arts team here at Nonsuch!  As a team, we believe that the Creative Arts are vital in encouraging self-expression and building confidence. We are aiming to promote widespread participation in the Arts at Nonsuch through the school curriculum, PSHE, school events and extra-curriculars.  The Arts are invaluable in daily school life as they enhance positive personal growth and freedom and promote good mental well-being. Therefore, as a team this year, we want to create a difference in our community through the Arts, by creating new opportunities for all students to take part in and showcase their diverse, creative hidden talents so they can be celebrated.  We are so excited to start creating, performing, and inspiring!

Sports Team

Sports Team

As the Sports Team, we are passionate about increasing participation and commitment to sport across the whole school. We hope to show students and their families that sport has innumerable benefits – from opportunities to make new friends and develop transferable life skills, to providing an inclusive, safe space to relieve stress. We want to encourage everybody to give sport a go, step outside their comfort zone, and make the most of sport as an integral part of their high school experience.  We can’t wait to celebrate sporting achievements and work as role models with Sports Ambassadors across the school to get everyone active and having fun!

Sixth Form Committee

Sixth Form Committee

Hi, we are the new Sixth Form Committee!  Our role is to ensure that the final years of the Sixth Form students are as exciting as possible and to hopefully take their minds off of upcoming exams.  We strive to foster a sense of community amongst our fellow students through various events and initiatives throughout the year.  Moreover, our team's most notable contribution to Nonsuch is the organisation and fundraising of the May Ball, where we utilise the creative talents and brilliant ideas of members of our committee to fundraise and create a fantastic, unforgettable prom to mark the end the school year.
