A level results 2018

Many congratulations to all of our Year 13 students for a fantastic set of A level results this year.

At A level 58% of all entries were A* or A grades – 6% increase on last year.

80% of entries were A*-B grades and 19% grade A*.

38% of students achieved AAA or higher. Of those, 21 girls achieved A*A*A or A*A*AA.

Overall the results show that high outcomes have been maintained with the reformed A Levels.

The vast majority of our Year 13 students are taking up places at university this autumn, for a wide range of courses. 8 students are going to Oxford or Cambridge. We also have 17 successful medics, 3 dentists and 2 veterinary scientists.

These results are testament to the huge amount of effort and work put in by all students and staff over the past years: we are very proud of you all.

Our students’ A Level results place Nonsuch as the 9th highest of all girls’ selective state schools for its A Level results and 29th out of all schools nationally according to The Times league table.
