Summary of the Changes

We have made changes to some of the nomenclature in the Policy, most especially to change the admissions authority to the Girls’ Learning Trust Admissions Committee.

We have determined that the entrance test scripts and associated paperwork will be kept for a maximum of one year after the examination has been sat (in line with the GLT Records Retention Policy).

Paragraph 5.2.2 and 5.2.3

We have changed the order in which we allocate places in year 7.

Paragraph 5.2.3

We have determined that evidence of Pupil Premium can come from the Local Authority or the Primary School and can be provided up until the candidates sit the Selective Eligibility Test.

Paragraph 7.4.2

We have determined that the qualifying pass mark for candidates in receipt of pupil premium will be up to 10% lower than for all other candidates in the mid-term tests.

Paragraph 10.4

We have determined that the subject specific entry criteria will be published in our prospectus in the autumn term prior to entry to the school.
